In California, physical therapists have direct access to evaluate and treat individuals without a physician's prescription. However, to effectively bill and receive payment for physical therapy services, most health insurance plans usually require a physician's prescription. If you do not wish to utilize your health insurance plan for your physical therapy, you may contact us at any time to schedule appointments; we have various payment plan options available.

As a courtesy, we will contact your insurance company to verify your benefits, as well as bill for the physical therapy services provided. We currently accept most private insurance plans such as BLUE SHIELD, United Healthcare, First Health, CCN, Beech Street, and various other PPO plans. We are a MEDICARE certified facility and also accept Worker's Compensation cases.

If you do not see us listed as a provider under your insurance plan, please contact our office, as the provider list may not be up-to-date and we are continuously in the process of joining new plans. Also, your insurance plan may offer out-of-network benefits which will allow you access to other providers.
